Day 01 Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Meeting and assistance on arrival. Transfer to hotel
Delhi was the capital of several Hindu, Mughal, Rajput, Turkic and Afghan empires in ancient India. As a consequence, Delhi has a unique history of blending itself with several different cultures.
Day 02 Delhi
Morning tour of Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, The largest mosque in India, the Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort andChandni Chowk a three century old shopping area, is perhaps the most famous commercial area in India.
Afternoon visit New Delhi including two World Heritage Sites, the 72.5 meters tall Qutab Minar and Humayun's Tomb. Other famous monuments include the India Gate (War Memorial Arch ), The Jantar Mantar, an 18th century astronomical observatory. Also visit Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple and one of the most visited Vaishnavite temples in the world, the Birla Mandir are located in Delhi. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings which houses several government buildings and official residences reminiscent of the British colonial architecture and Connaught Place shopping centre. Overnight Delhi.
Day 03 Delhi Agra
Morning drive to Agra (203 kms-4 hrs). Arrive and check-in at hotel.
Agra is a medevial city on the banks of the Yamuna River in India and remains a major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all three of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Afternoon visit the world famous Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and The Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah
Taj Mahal - Agra's Taj Mahal is one of the most famous buildings in the world and has been declared a World Heritage Site. It is the mausoleum of Shah Jahan's favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal in 1630 to enshrine her mortal remains.
It is closed for visitors every Friday in observance of Muslim holy day.
The Agra Fort also called the Red Fortwas built by Akbar. The red sandstone fort was renovated and converted into a palace during Shah Jahan's time, and reworked extensively with marble and pietra dura inlay. Notable buildings in the fort include the Pearl Mosque, the Diwan-e-Am and Diwan-e-Khas (halls of public and private audience), Jehangir's Palace, Khaas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal (mirrored palace), and Musamman Burj.
Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb - Empress Nur Jehan built Itmad-Ud-Daulah's Tomb, sometimes called the Baby Taj, for her father. Small in comparison to many other Mughal-era tombs, it is . sometimes described as a jewel box. Its garden layout and use of white marble, pietra dura, inlay designs and latticework presage many elements of the Taj Mahal.

Day 04 Agra Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. It is another World Heritage Site in Agra District, 35 km from city of Taj. It was built by the Mughal emperor Akbar abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. . As Agra was the Mughals' capital, there are many forts and old buildings situated there. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces.
On arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon free.
Jaipur also popularly known as the Pink City, historically sometimes rendered as Jeypore, is the capital of Rajasthan state, India. Jaipur, with its rich and colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour and bravery is now one of the most important heritage cities in India, and is a must-see for tourists coming to India.
Day 05 Jaipur
Morning visit Amber Fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. Amber Palace complex overlooking the artificial lake south of Amber town is one of the most popular tourist sites in the city, famous for its mixture of Hindu and Muslim architecture, and offering elephant rides from the town up to the palace courtyard. However, although the structure is today known as Amber fort, the complex was initiatlly a Palace Complex within the Fort of Amber which is today known as Jaigarh fort. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors.
Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas.
Overnight Jaipur.
Day 06 Jaipur Jodhpur
Morning drive to Jodhpur. Check-in at hotel.
Day 07 Jodhpur
Morning half day tour to the Meharangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone Hill, including Moti-Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memorium built in 1899 and the museum located in the Umaid Public Gardens. Overnight Jodhpur
Day 08 Jodhpur Osian.
Check-out at 12 noon. Drive to Osian. On arrival transfer to the camp by either Jeeps or by Camels from the bottom of the dune. On arrival lunch will be served and then the guests can take a short siesta in their tents
1. At around 3.00 pm start their short Camel Safari to nearby oasis village Khetasar (2.30 hrs ride). Enroute they get to see blue bulls, gazelles, foxes, hare etc. One also visits the local potter, weavers, Bishnois huts along the Safari route.
2. On reaching Khetasar the guests are brought back to camp in our 4 wheel drive Jeeps. (no 2 way riding back by Camels).
3. In the evening at the camp there's folk entertainment followed by a sit down dinner. After which the guests can either retire to their tents or sit around the fire. There is also a lodge with coffee table books and a big selection of western cd's. (a cozy place to sip your cognacs or smoke a cigar)
Day 09 Osian Jodhpur Departure
Next morning after breakfast take a short tour of the temples and drive back to Jodhpur to borad flight for Delhi.
Arrive Delhi. Transfer to airport to board flight for onward journey.
