Day 01 Arrive Delhi :
Arrive Delhi. Transfer to hotel The Oberoi.
Day 02 Delhi :
Morning tour of Delhi visiting Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk.
Afternoon visit Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch ), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre. Overnight at hotel The Oberoi.
Day 03 Delhi-Agra :
Drive to Agra (206 kms-4/5 hrs). Arrive and check-in at hotel Amar Vilas.
Day 04 Agra :
Morning visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains.
Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father Also visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. . (Taj Mahal is closed on Friday) .
Overnight at hotel Amar Vilas.
Day 05 Agra-Jaipur:
Morning drive to Jaipur (256 kms-6 hrs) enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute. Fatehpur Sikri is 40 kms from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings including the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces.
Arrive and check-in at hotel Rambagh Palace.
Day 06 Jaipur :
Morning tour of Jaipur. Jaipur Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight Jaipur.
Afternoon visit the Amber Fort - the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors.
Day 07 Jaipur-Samode :
Morning drive to Samode. Day at leisure. Overnite at hotel Samode Palace. Lying in the Aravalli Hills, north of Jaipur, Samode Palace is a magnificent example of Rajput-Mughal architecture and boasts some of the finest frescoes and mirror-work in the state. The owners are very much involved with the running of the property and it is their exquisite taste which has produced some of the most stunning rooms and suites to be found in any heritage hotel. The swimming pool is magnificent and the surrounding village is lovely to stroll around.
Day 08 Samode-Ranthambore :
After breakfast drive to Ranthambore. Check-in at hotel Vanya Vilas. (luxury tents) Evening at leisure for jungle visits.
Day 09 Ranthambore :
Day at leisure for jungle walk. Overnite at hotel Vanya Vilas.
Day 10 Ranthambore-Shahpura :
Morning drive to Shahpura. Check-in at Shahpura Bagh.
This wonderful, garden estate was formerly the summer home of the rulers of Shahpura and comprises 2 residences with 8 rooms. The style and décor is very much a mixture of Rajasthani meets colonial, with a quiet, understated yet elegant air. Set in 30 acres of garden and pasture and surrounded by lakes, it is a very special and ultimately peaceful little oasis, situated midway between Jaipur and Udaipur. Very much a family concern, the family all reside there and are more than happy to sit and chat with guests. With its idyllic and unspoilt rural setting, this is a place to come for at least a couple of nights as it provides a perfect, restful break in an otherwise rather hectic, city-based itinerary. Borrow the bicycles and go cycling around the lakes; go fishing and boating on the lakes; visit the stunning local temple and stepwell; explore the town and see the traditional local artists at work; enjoy a beautiful candlelit dinner in the huge, old palace in town; or have a guided tour of the palace. The walking is excellent and, due to all the water in the area, the birdlife is phenomenal.
Day 11 Shahpura :

Day 12 Shahpura-Chatrasagar :
Drive to Chatrasagar. Situated just 2 hours from Jodhpur, this idyllic haven comprises 11 tents pitched on a dam, overlooking a lake teeming with birds. The Nimaj family are all personally involved in looking after guests and the tents are amongst the finest to be found in India. Each is pitched to ensure privacy and all face directly onto the lake. The food served here is some of the finest Rajasthani home cooking in the state and the charming family ensure you want for nothing. Due to its location, surrounded by farmland and small villages, a stay here allows you to experience rural Rajasthan in a way that few other properties allow you to. Day at leisure.
Day 13 Chatrasagar :

Day 14 Chatrasagar-Jodhpur :
Drive to Jodhpur (2 hrs drive). Check-in at hotel Taj Hari Mahal.
Day 15 Jodhpur :
Morning half day tour to the Meharangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone Hill, including Moti-Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memorium built in 1899 and the museum located in the Umaid Public Gardens. Overnight Jodhpur.
Day 16 Jodhpur-Deogarh :
Morning drive to Deogarh. Overnite at Deogarh Mahal. Ideally positioned in the heart of the Aravalli Hills, this is the perfect overnight stop between Jodhpur and Udaipur and is close to Ranakpur and Kumbhalgarh. Owned and run by one of the kindest, most affable families around, they have restored their family fort from near ruin and have created one of Rajasthan's finest heritage hotels. A stunning swimming pool and dining room, endless comfortable roof terraces, and the beautiful, traditional bedrooms are the result of a great deal of hard work, immense love and care, and superb taste. The surrounding town is one of the friendliest and safest to immerse yourself in and the neighbouring countryside boasts wonderful, secluded picnic spots.
Day 17 Deogarh-Udaipur :
Drive to Udaipur (260 kms-6/7 hrs) enroute visiting Ranakpur Temples. Ranakpur - 98 kms from Udaipur, the Jain Temples built in the 15th century are situated in the lovely valley of the Aravali. Its surrounding is quiet & picturesque. Ranakpur has grand structures & beautiful sculpture. There are 1444 pillars in the temple and none of them are similar. The magic of light & shade is really awe inspiring. Surya Temple and other Jain Temples are side attractions. Overnight at Devigarh Fort.
Devi Garh, nr. Udaipur One of India's few 'boutique' hotels, Devi Garh will come as a surprise to anyone exploring Rajasthan. The concept of entirely modern interior design within the framework of a traditional palace is unique in Rajasthan and this is Devi Garh. ACCESS: is by air to Udaipur from Bombay, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Delhi, followed by a 45 minute road journey. It is also reached by road from Deogarh, Udaipur, Narlai, Dungarpur, Roopangarh, Ajmer and Nimaj, or by a longer road journey from Jaipur and Jodhpur.
Day 18 Udaipur :
Morning tour of Udaipur. Visit the city palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion ki bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk art museum). Overnight at hotel Lake Palace
Day 19 Udaipur :
Day at leisure
Day 20 Udaipur-Delhi :
Have breakfast at the hotel. Check-out at 12 noon. Later transfer to airport to board flight iccd 7472 at 1725 hrs for Delhi. Arrive Delhi at 1930 hrs.
Transfer to international airport to board flight for onward journey.
